I am not an achaar person at all. I ordered some packs as my wife loves pickles - I did try them and the moment I took the first bite of the Gajar Gobi Shalgam achaar, I was taken back to my childhood when my Daadi would make this at home in the mitti ka martbaan.
I am now absolutely in love with this achaar and eat it almost every day during lunch.

Similar feelings for the other achaar I ordered - the hing mangi pickle just brilliant. Aaam Chutney awesome again. Nimbu and laal mirch love them as well.
My mum used to say that sometimes even the most simplest of food tastes divine - This is because the person cooking/preparing the food pour their love and good feelings into them - Aamra I feel you are doing the same.
