Favourite way to have it is to add with ghee to rice and squeeze the mix well through your fingers, eat by itself or with appalam. I also love having it with plain curds.

Oustanding spice mix
We tried the chettinad corriander garlic podi and loved it. It has become an integral part of our dosas, and uttapams, just sprinkle a bit and it gives your dish a unique flavour.

Excellent Taste
Love the taste; however, wish the price was more reasonable. For a 90 grams bottle, it is a bit pricey so not sure if it will become a staple in the pantry.
