Just loved the mango pickle!
It brought back so many memories, my aunt used to make a very similar recipe which we would get from her every year, she's long gone but those moments of joy lie embedded deep down, the moment I opened the lid, just the aroma evoked so many of those joyful memories, the taste is amazing too!
